We want you to be happy with your KISAIYA order, but if you’re not, then we want to make it as easy as possible to return.

We will happily offer an exchange or refund on items returned within 30 days of receipt so long as it reaches us in the same condition as it was received by you. You can email us at to request an exchange, or follow the instructions below for an exchange or refund. Products returned must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with labels properly attached. Replacement items will be sent out to you free of postage and packing costs.

During our sale period we will happily offer an exchange or refund on items returned within 7 days of receipt.

Complete the Return Form attached to your invoice.
To allow us to identify your order when it arrives with us it is important that you remember to place the completed form, along with your items, in the re-sealable mailing bag. The invoice should be retained for your records.
Please obtain proof of postage for insurance purposes. It's as easy as that!

Please allow 14 days for us to process your return. Don’t worry – you will receive an email from a member of our customer service team to confirm the safe receipt of your parcel.

If you cancel your whole order within 7 days of receiving it, we will also refund the standard delivery charge in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for Priority, Next Day, Nominated Day or Timed delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. Unless otherwise stated, we will not refund any delivery charges if you cancel after 7 days or if you only cancel part of your order. Returns from outside the UK will be charged by your local postal service. Our stores are unable to process exchanges or returns on items bought from our website.

Returning A Gift: Please note that items bought as presents can only be refunded to the original payer, however, we are more than happy to offer another item for exchange for the goods as long as the value of the item is the same or greater than the original. Details of the original purchaser must be provided.

Offers & Discounts: When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Important! When returning goods to us please retain your receipt with your tracking number from the Post Office, there is no charge for this, it is simply your ‘proof of posting’ in the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive with us. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
